Our service goes well beyond the start up of the equipment, and your Drake team is able provide over the phone technical support and remote login capabilities during the entire life cycle of a Drake chiller system. 

A history of each chiller is logged by serial number into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform. Using the history of a chiller along with the many years of experience in the field our service team possesses, they are able work with on-site technicians to pin point and provide a quick resolution to chiller system issues.

In addition to troubleshooting units the tech support team also handles:

• Interface with engineering, operations, and field services
• Parts orders
• Provide warranty on components and issues RMA’s as required
• Use a dedicated work space, known as the “WAR Room” to help diagnose tough calls
• Build relationships with technicians and end users to ensure customer satisfaction
